Ndamona "Mona" Hinamanu is an Olivet College junior, marketing major and volleyball player. During the college’s annual Leadership Awards May 11, she was one of two students honored with the Dr. John W. Porter Scholarship and was invited to speak to at the event.

On April 26 under a cloud-covered sky, the brothers of Kappa Sigma Alpha ceremoniously broke ground on a long-awaited new home for the Greek society’s active members.

For the Project Management course in spring semester of 2016, three students worked closely with Mooville Creamery's management to help them with the expansion of their business.  The owners include Tina Westendorp who is a recent alum of Olivet College.

Mooville Creamery is located in Nashville, Michigan and is family owned and operated. They offer an extensive, farm and creamery tour and bottle their own milk, make ice cream, cheese, and butter.

As an avid drawer growing up in Lansing, Michigan, Olivet College junior Cassie Brown knew she wanted to be an artist. But a starving artist, one without a set career path, was never in her life-plan. Enter Olivet College, where Cassie has continued her love of art by majoring in graphic design with a concentration in business.

Bela ’68 and Christy “Irma” (Thomas) ’69 Krusac performed in the NBC Movie of the Week, Dolly Parton’s “Coat of Many Colors” in December. Never having been on a movie set, Irma drove Bela to the set the first morning just to see what he had gotten himself into.
