Health Science Major

The health science major provides education in biology, chemistry and psychology for those wishing to enter nursing school. This degree program can be completed in three or four years depending on your goals. If you are interested in completing certification for a Certified Nursing Assistant Program, please consult your faculty advisor.

If you are interested in the health science program, you must demonstrate academic excellence by earning an overall grade point average of 3.5 or higher with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 in all required major classes.
