Ryan Bowling ’06, D.C., pictured right, has been ranked as one of the 10 Best Chiropractors for Client Satisfaction in Arizona by the American Institute of Chiropractors (AIOC) in 2016. It's sure to be a memorable year for the Bowlings, as Ryan's wife, Anne, was also recognized with the honor, and the couple recently welcomed a daughter, Ava Bella, into the world.​

Scholarships are just one of the many forms of financial aid Olivet College has available for students, and the list of them is growing – with some interesting opportunities. Kimberly McGowan, head coach for the Olivet College women’s soccer team, has been selected as a member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) 30 Under 30 Class of 2016-2017. Fifteen men and 15 women were chosen among 350 coaches for the honor.

To be selected, individuals must show great promise in their coaching career. McGowan has done just that in the short time she has been with Olivet College, 18 months. Olivet College senior Margaret Callahan has been named drum major of the Marching Comets for the 2016-2017 season. 

Callahan, a 2013 graduate of L’Anse Creuse High School – North, is the first student to serve as drum major since the band's return from a 30-year hiatus. She looks forward to not only the fall season ahead, but also setting a precedent for the program’s future leaders.
